Background

It all begun with my Barbie doll at age of ten and a footstamping sewing machine, a gift from my loving father.
My barbie doll got nice and practical clothes, furs made of goat skin or rabbit and a horse with full equipment, the tent as well, so she could ride out camping in the wilderness or go to a nice dinner party.
The funny thing about these memories is that this is exactly how I live today......
70 years later.
Well, it was a little background of my self, which later in life works then as it does now.....
The Spark: No Plans, Just Evolution
My work never starts with a blueprint. It starts with a flash—a detail on an old door, a shadow in the forest, or a texture that catches my eye. These tiny sparks of external influence creep into my mind and transform during those quiet early mornings in Jämtland.Whether it becomes a painting, a sculpture, or a piece of Haute Couture, the process is pure instinct. I don't plan; I respond. It's about the challenge of seeing if my hands can keep up with the idea that just
"happened"
The challenge is to see if I can do it whatever the idea is that has crept into my head.
I have always collected bits and pieces that I use in my creations. It can basically be anything.
I Love animals, nature, freedom and the man in my life which we also share with four other individuals, all four-legged.
We all live on a small farm in Jämtland / Sweden.
